What will your day-to-day responsibilities be at the hotel? Below is a summary of your main duties: * Organization, supervision, and control * Provide direct customer service when necessary, resolving inquiries, suggestions, complaints, and claims to guarantee customer satisfaction. * Ensure the hotel’s profit-and-loss account is properly managed, meeting revenue targets and controlling expenses. * Actively participate in staff engagement, promoting best practices through professional development and motivation. * Supervise occupational risk prevention to ensure staff safety at all times. * Enhance the customer experience through service excellence and quality, ensuring compliance with quality standards. * Lead and motivate the team, guaranteeing appropriate training and instruction for each department. * Supervise establishment assets, including daily cleaning and maintenance. * Comply with internal procedures and applicable current legislation (data protection, complaint forms, pricing, accessibility, facility and equipment maintenance, occupational risk prevention, food hygiene and safety).
