Company Information Company ASSOCIACIÓ SANT TOMÁS Job Description Vacant Position **Multidisciplinary Support Technician** Location Vic/ Manlleu Region Osona Number of Positions 1 Category Senior Technician Department Multidisciplinary Support Team of the Special Employment Center Working Hours 08:30–17:30 Salary According to collective agreement Contract Type Labor stability Contract Duration Labor stability Description We are seeking a psychologist for the Multidisciplinary Support Team of the Special Employment Center to carry out the following duties: - Guide and accompany individuals to enhance their professional skills and safeguard their employment, both within the workplace through on-site follow-up and via individual mentoring. - Deliver competency reinforcement training activities to support individuals in developing and sustaining their own vocational projects whenever possible, as well as initiatives promoting community participation. - Conduct individualized assessments of each person’s needs and transition plans to provide appropriate support. - Manage documentation. Publication Date 16/03/2026 Requirements Qualification Preferably a bachelor’s or undergraduate degree in Psychology. Additional Qualifications Valuable: bachelor’s or undergraduate degree in Social Education, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, or Special Education Teaching Experience working with people with disabilities Requirements Mandatory Transversal Competencies Teamwork ability Flexibility and adaptability to change Organization and planning skills Interpersonal skills Analytical and information management capabilities Other Requirements Proficiency in document drafting Strong command of ICT Immediate availability Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
