You will be a critical partner to the Veeva Europe Sales organization. You’ll project manage the end\-to\-end proposal lifecycle, collaborating with top experts to craft compelling narratives and responses to RFP/RFI questionnaires that resonate with European and global customers. If you're a results\-oriented proposals pro with a leadership mentality, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact in a collaborative environment.**What You'll Do** * Project manage all RFP/RFI activities from initial receipt through final submission, utilizing Responsive and other enterprise tools to ensure on\-time and high\-quality deliverables * Effectively coordinate contributions from cross\-functional teams (Sales, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Product, Strategy, IT Security, etc.) to develop winning responses * Lead internal response team alignment calls and check point discussions to understand customer needs, confirm scope, identify key differentiators, and guide the team on assignments and timelines * Draft response deliverables, manage project workflows, and conduct thorough quality checks (including formatting, proofreading, and editing of all proposal deliverables) to ensure accuracy, clarity, compliance, and a polished appearance * Effectively handle a workload that includes multiple proposal assignments and other team projects, consistently meeting deadlines **Requirements** * Strong written and oral communication skills in English * 5\+ years of experience managing complex RFP/RFI proposal responses within a dynamic and fast\-paced B2B environment * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience * International business experience and an ownership mindset, flexible to support global operations across diverse time zones * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including advanced use of Styles in Word.
