We are currently recruiting for an **HR Coordinator – 9‑Month FTC** to join the local market team, based in our **Barcelona office.** You will report to the HR Manager and work closely with internal departments at a local level to support store recruitment and general employee relations. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a hands\-on role supporting our Barcelona stores across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on **high\-volume recruitment** . From screening CVs and interviewing candidates to managing end\-to\-end hiring processes, you will work closely with store teams and HR colleagues to attract great talent. Beyond recruitment, you will support core HR operations including absences, contracts, terminations, time and attendance, and reporting, always looking for smarter ways to improve processes and enhance both the employee and candidate experience.
