The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring product and process quality, managing incidents and audits, coordinating a small team, and driving continuous improvement across the organization. Requirements * Qualification: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) or Engineering degree * Preferred: Experience in electrical, electronic, or industrial product manufacturing companies. Advanced knowledge of SAP or other industrial ERP systems. Experience in supplier qualification and management. Participation in new product development projects. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies. French language proficiency. * Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the quality area. Manage incidents, non-conformities, and corrective actions. Participate in internal and external audits. Monitor quality and environmental performance indicators. Coordinate with production, procurement, and technical office. Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Mandatory: Education in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Electricity/Electronics. Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial quality. Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Knowledge of ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU and EN IEC 60079 standards. Experience in calibration of measuring equipment. Experience with industrial ERP systems. High level of English proficiency.
