If you want to conquer the world with us, we’re waiting for you! **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Lead the full lifecycle of initiatives within your domain: identify and define problems or opportunities using data and feedback; draft initiatives aligned with OKRs and strategic pillars; collaborate on prioritization (ICE model); lead delivery with clear, measurable deliverables; and ensure learning after deployment. * Design web product experiences that maximize conversion and reduce friction at key entry points: homepage, search, navigation, PLPs, login/signup, and profile. * Define product-level SEO strategies and participate in marketing and user retention projects on our website alongside our marketing team. * Define the vision and roadmap for key features within the acquisition and discovery domain, collaborating with business, engineering, and design stakeholders. * Propose hypotheses, design A/B experiments, analyze results, and continuously refine the product approach. * Actively participate in the technical-functional design of solutions, understanding and articulating technical requirements and architectural constraints. * Establish robust measurement mechanisms to validate hypotheses, monitor product performance, and scale learnings across the team and company. * Identify and remove blockers, escalating appropriately and facilitating timely decisions focused on impact. * Coordinate go-to-market efforts, ensuring readiness of involved teams (support, marketing, etc.) and proper documentation for each launch (PR/FAQs, changelog). * Contribute to developing best practices within the product team, mentor junior profiles, and represent Civitatis’ values and principles. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Solid understanding of modern web architectures, frontend performance, and API logic. * Design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments, including hypothesis definition, success criteria, and segmentation. * Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools (Heap, GA4, etc.). * Proficiency with experimentation frameworks and prioritization models (e.g., ICE, RICE). **Why Civitatis?** * Join the global leader in online booking of excursions and guided tours in Spanish. * Young, travel-oriented spirit and an excellent work environment. +20 nationalities! * Life beyond work: Flexible working hours (you manage your start and end times), intensive summer schedule, hybrid work model, and other work-life balance measures. * 24 working days of vacation!
