Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile janitor to perform cleaning, basic maintenance, access control, supervision, and minor repairs at a center. Key Highlights: 1. Duties will include cleaning and basic maintenance of the facilities, as well as access control and general building supervision. Minor repairs—such as bulb replacement or simple adjustments—will also be carried out, and incidents will be logged and reported to coordination; additionally, general support will be provided for preventive maintenance tasks. We require a responsible, solution-oriented, and proactive individual with prior experience in janitorial services, maintenance, or cleaning. Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, or DIY is desirable, as well as a positive attitude and courteous interaction with users. It is important that the candidate resides near Meco or has their own vehicle. A temporary contract is offered, with part-time working hours. Working schedule: Tuesdays to Thursdays from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Fridays from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Immediate start is available, and a positive work environment is guaranteed within a company ensuring service continuity. The gross annual salary ranges between €12,000 and €14,000.
