Afternoon Production Operator

Job Summary: Contribute to product processing and quality control, ensuring compliance with procedures and safety standards within the afternoon production team. Key Highlights: 1. As part of the afternoon production team, you will contribute to the processing and quality control of our products, guaranteeing adherence to procedures and safety standards in the area. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the team to achieve daily objectives and maintain plant standards. * Perform inspections according to work instructions and control plans, recording results in the relevant documents. * Monitor concentration and supply of products in cooling towers when required. * Conduct re-sampling of non-sterile, diluted, or otherwise anomalous products and report incidents to the shift supervisor. * Participate in cleaning, organizing, and maintenance tasks for the work area to ensure hygienic and safe conditions. * Comply with plant-established safety, environmental, and quality regulations. **Requirements and Profile** ----------------------- * Prior experience in production environments, quality control, or similar roles (preferred). * Ability to work toward objectives and collaboratively in a team during the afternoon shift. * Attention to detail and rigor in completing records and following procedures. * Proactivity in identifying and proposing improvements to operational processes. * Availability for the afternoon shift. * Basic technical education or related vocational training (preferred). #### **Competencies and Values** * Responsibility and commitment to safety and quality. * Proactive attitude and capacity for learning. * Teamwork and respect for diversity and inclusion. * Rigor and discipline in following procedures. ##### **Working Conditions and Benefits** * Permanent contract. * Afternoon shift. * Continuous training and opportunities for professional development within the company. * A safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
