What will your responsibilities be? \- You will join the technical team and work on projects that accelerate your professional development \- Automation and programming \- You will develop, configure, and commission automation applications in Siemens environments (TIA Portal, S7-1200/1500, HMI and SCADA WinCC). \- You will program and tune motion control systems using Festo, Siemens, Schneider, and other motion control solutions. \- Projects and technical support \- You will provide client support in resolving incidents and improving their processes. \- You will collaborate with engineering teams on automation, industrial modernization, and digitalization projects. Optimization and diagnostics \- You will participate in analyses of production processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime. \- Business development for service offerings Beyond technical work, you will play a key role in business growth: \- Identify client opportunities and needs. \- Define and promote our offerings in Training, Audits, and Industry 4.x Solutions—working closely with the commercial team. What are we looking for in you? \- Technical requirements \- Advanced proficiency in Siemens automation platforms. \- Solid experience or knowledge in motion control and drive configuration. \- Experience with Schneider Electric (EcoStruxure, Modicon, Vijeo/AVEVA, Lexium) will be highly valued.
