Job Summary: We are seeking a professional Home Assistant to provide home-based care services, performing cleaning tasks and contributing to the monitoring of service users. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute to the monitoring of service users and coordinate with professionals. 2. Prevent risk situations and alert the team when necessary. 3. Work collaboratively with a friendly and empathetic communication style. We are looking for a Home Assistant to work in home-based care services in the Olot area and surrounding regions. **Responsibilities** * Perform cleaning at the user's residence following instructions from service coordination and under supervision by professionals involved in the case. * Travel to various residences to clean designated spaces. * Collaborate with other social or healthcare professionals in monitoring service users. * Prevent risk situations by observing, detecting, and alerting the coordination team when necessary. * Keep records and required documentation up to date; participate in coordination meetings with the SAD management team. **Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required** Education: School Leaving Certificate Experience: Proven experience in caring for dependent individuals.
