The position involves assessing residents' care needs, administering medication according to prescriptions, delivering palliative care, and monitoring coagulation tests such as INR. Responsibilities also include validating care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, supervising auxiliary staff, and providing emotional support to residents and their families. The schedule is full-time, Monday to Friday, morning shift (8:00 to 15:00\), with an indefinite contract and immediate start.
