We are seeking a Product Manager to lead and coordinate sales activities, ensuring achievement of targets and maximizing product EBITDA through strategic execution and team development.

2. Develop and supervise the Sales Area Managers team.
3. Promote cross-functional coordination with various company departments.
*CELSA is the* ***first European producer of low-emission circular steel*** *and constitutes Europe’s largest circular supply chain. It recycles ferrous scrap to produce steel in electric arc furnaces, using the most sustainable and energy-efficient technology.*
We are looking for a **Product Manager** to join our commercial team at the Group’s headquarters located in **Castellbisbal (Barcelona).**
**Your mission will be:**
**To lead and coordinate sales activities within your area of responsibility, ensuring achievement of volume, profitability, and business development targets, and maximizing product EBITDA through commercial strategy execution, team development, and alignment with Group priorities.**
**What will your responsibilities be?**
* Deploy and monitor the sales strategy within your area of responsibility, ensuring achievement of volume, margin, and positioning targets defined by the Commercial Directorate.
* Lead, coordinate, and develop the Sales Area Managers team, driving commercial performance, customer orientation, and consistent application of Group commercial policies and criteria.
* Analyze market, customer, and competitor trends, identifying growth opportunities, portfolio optimization, and new business development opportunities.
* Supervise commercial management within your area, including pricing, profitability, risks, commercial terms, and key strategic negotiations, ensuring efficient management aligned with business objectives.
* Promote cross-functional coordination with Product Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance departments, ensuring commercial execution aligned with operational capabilities and business objectives.
**Candidate Profile:**
* University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or related disciplines. Engineering education will be especially valued.
* Solid professional experience of 15\-20 years, primarily in commercial environments, with at least 5 years of recent experience leading and managing teams.
* Knowledge and experience in the industrial sector.
* Very high level of English, both spoken and written.
* Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
* Valid driver's license
