




**What You Can Contribute** ------------------------------------ * As an interpreter, you conduct consecutive interpretation during hearings, which may last from one to seven hours. At the end of the hearing, the minutes are reinterpreted by the interpreter. * Assignments take place at various offices of the State Secretariat for Migration (SEM). Willingness to travel is required. * Occasionally, you may be asked to perform written translations. **What Makes You Unique** --------------------------- * You speak fluently one of Switzerland’s official languages (German, French or Italian) at level C1 or higher. * You have full command of the target language (level C2) and possess excellent terminological and grammatical knowledge. * You have experience in interpreting and/or translation.
