Autonomous work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment We seek an organized and proactive individual who will become the operational engine of our office, ensuring every property is impeccably presented and every customer receives agile and professional service from the first contact. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead reception, call screening, and resolution of customer inquiries or requests. * Interpretation and understanding of architectural plans. * Preparation of reservation contracts, organization of simple notes, and management of notarial files. * Coordination of property viewings and management of the office calendar. * Liaison among construction companies, technical management, senior management, and the finance department. **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 2 years in administrative or customer service roles within the real estate sector. Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Architecture, or related fields. * Experience with construction certifications and real estate procedural management with banks. * Basic knowledge of real estate laws and administrative procedures with public agencies. * After-sales follow-up and customer guidance on utility connections. * Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, results-oriented environment. * Proficient use of Office 365 and familiarity with CRMs; design software knowledge (desirable). * Methodical individual with strong communication skills and ability to prioritize under pressure. * English proficiency desirable Availability for working hours.
