If you have experience in corporate accounting administration, strong organizational and teamwork skills, and wish to join a family-owned company, keep reading! **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Recording and monitoring daily accounting transactions (invoices, receipts, and payments). * Preparation and entry of accounting journal entries. * Bank reconciliations and tracking of financial movements. * Management of accounts receivable and payable (customers and suppliers). * Monitoring and review of issued and received invoices. * Preparation of monthly and annual accounting closings (excluding tax-related components). * Support in preparing financial statements (balance sheet and income statement). * Control and archiving of accounting documentation. * Tracking of provisions, expenses, and revenues. * Updating of accounting records and databases. * Coordination with other departments to ensure accurate cost allocation. **What do we offer?** * A work environment characterized by closeness, trust, and transparency. * A responsible position within a stable work setting. * Immediate full-time incorporation, Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (split shift), and one Friday per month with an intensive schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Salary to be agreed upon based on experience and professional background. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for in you?** * Candidate with 2\-3 years of experience in corporate management. * Autonomy and organizational ability.
