




Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile administrative assistant to perform general administrative tasks, telephone support, invoicing management, and basic accounting support in Centelles. Collaboration with the purchasing department and daily invoicing management. We are looking for a person to carry out general administrative tasks in a company located in Centelles. Responsibilities will include telephone support for customers and suppliers, daily invoicing management, and support in basic accounting tasks. The candidate will also be responsible for general office administrative management and will collaborate with the purchasing department in its day-to-day operations. A temporary contract is offered, with a part-time schedule of 25 hours per week, from Monday to Friday during morning hours, between 08:30 and 14:00, including applicable statutory breaks. * Proven experience in a similar position. * Versatile, proactive, and organized individual. * Residence near the workplace is an advantage. Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. GS Administration and Finance.
