We are currently seeking a Technical Architect to join our team: Responsibilities: \- Drafting and managing executive projects for new construction and building rehabilitation. \- Designing plans, elevations, and sections, ensuring aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. \- Preparing technical reports, budgets, and documentation required for permits and subsidies. \- Supervising construction works and coordinating with technical teams, contractors, and suppliers. \- Resolving technical issues and monitoring execution in accordance with the approved project. \- Assessing buildings undergoing rehabilitation: identifying pathologies and proposing technical solutions. \- Adapting spaces to universal accessibility criteria, energy efficiency standards, and current regulations. \- Coordinating with public authorities, specialized technicians, and compliance with specific regulations (including hospital installations). Requirements: \- Proven experience in drafting and managing executive projects. \- Advanced knowledge of the Spanish Building Technical Code (CTE). \- High proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to produce detailed drawings. \- Knowledge of specific regulations for hospital installations is desirable.
