As a Fresh Products Professional in the BUTCHERY department, your key responsibilities will include: * Product cutting and dispatch. * Counter setup. * Stock replenishment to maintain section presentation. * Shrinkage control. * Product maintenance and promotion. * Section cleaning and hygiene. * Customer guidance and advice.
