Description
We are seeking cleaning staff to work in a theater within the performing arts sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining hygiene and sanitation throughout all facilities, including lobbies, dressing rooms, and stage areas. This position is essential for ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both the audience and the artistic and technical teams. A part-time contract is offered, with working hours to be determined.
The daily routine includes general cleaning of each building area, with attention to detail and a consistent commitment to quality. A proactive and meticulous attitude is required, as the condition of the facilities directly affects the experience of attendees and the theater’s professional image. Work follows established procedures but also demands autonomy and effective time management.
In addition to routine tasks, the person in this role may participate in basic maintenance activities and in preparing spaces for special events. All of this takes place within a cohesive team in a dynamic cultural environment, where every contribution is valued for the smooth functioning of the whole.
A Disability Certificate of 33% or higher is required, along with active registration as a jobseeker (DARDO). A minimum of three months of verifiable professional cleaning experience in industrial or commercial settings is necessary, as well as genuine motivation to work in this sector and a clear willingness to engage in continuous training. Strong communication skills and the ability to integrate into a team will be considered advantageous.
