This is a role with local impact and cross-functional vision, acting as the technical reference within the area. **Location:** Hybrid, with two days per week onsite at our Manlleu or Barcelona office. **Contract type:** Permanent. **Working hours:** Full-time, Monday to Thursday (flexible start between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., flexible finish between 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.) and Friday intensive shift from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.### **How will you add value to the team?** You will promote occupational health and safety by integrating both physical and psychosocial risks, contributing to making prevention a natural part of teams’ daily routines. **Key responsibilities:*** Identify, assess and monitor occupational risks, defining appropriate preventive measures. * Coordinate management with external prevention services, mutual insurance companies and other stakeholders. * Participate in the Health and Safety Committee and follow up on agreed actions. * Investigate accidents and incidents, proposing corrective actions. * Promote occupational wellbeing initiatives and psychosocial risk management. * Design and deliver PRL training tailored to teams. * Coordinate emergency plans and drills. * Ensure management and updating of preventive documentation. * Lead quality and environmental management systems (ISO). * Participate in audits and manage non-conformities. * Monitor safety, quality and sustainability indicators. * Develop and review procedures and technical documentation. * Collaborate with internal teams to promote safe workplaces consistent with sustainability criteria. ### **What are we looking for?** We seek a candidate with a solid technical background, analytical capacity and sound judgement to operate autonomously in demanding and continuously evolving environments. **Education:*** Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, Engineering, Health Sciences, Psychology, Labour Relations or related field. * Master’s in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL Certification – all three specialisations). **Knowledge:*** Current PRL legislation, accident investigation and Enterprise Activity Coordination (CAE). * Quality and environmental management systems (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001). * Knowledge of internal and external audits, non-conformity management and corrective actions. * PRL training design and indicator (KPI) management. * English (C1). **Experience (minimum 3 years):*** Occupational risk assessment and management (including psychosocial risks and ergonomics). * Coordination with external prevention services (SPA) and mutual insurance companies. * Implementation and monitoring of safety and emergency plans. * Participation in management system audits (quality and/or environment). * Experience in dynamic and multidisciplinary environments. **Particularly valued:*** Experience leading or managing ISO systems (9001 and/or 14001). * Experience in process definition, procedures and continuous improvement. * Sensitivity to integrating sustainability, wellbeing and preventive culture into the organisation. **Key competencies:*** Autonomy and technical judgement * Rigour and attention to detail * Communication and pedagogical skills * Analytical thinking and problem-solving * Organisation and planning * Orientation towards continuous improvement * Teamwork and cross-functional influence ### **What does it mean to work at Anthesis?** At Anthesis, we work to create a workplace where flexibility, professional development and commitment to people form part of our way of doing things.
