Workplace: Sant Martí de Centelles and Perafita Essential requirements: Minimum qualification in one of the following specialties: Higher Technician in Early Childhood Education; Higher Technician in Socio-Cultural and Tourism Animation; Higher Technician in Socio-Sports Teaching and Animation; Leisure Activities Monitor for Children and Youth; Higher Technician in Social Integration; Auxiliary Technician in Early Childhood Education. Catalan language proficiency certificate (Level C1). Certificate of no criminal record for sexual offenses. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. Additional qualifications that will be positively considered: Complementary training in: conflict resolution with children and youth; gender equality and gender perspective; team facilitation; interculturality and attention to diversity. Experience working with children in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or ESO (Compulsory Secondary Education); prior experience in educational centers with complex needs. Experience in sports activities, extracurricular activities, school cafeterias, and/or leisure settings. Creativity and flexibility in planning and implementing activities. Conditions: Variable schedule (mornings, midday, or afternoons). Approximately 1 to 3 hours per childcare session. Design and facilitate leisure activities in a safe and welcoming environment. Organize games and proposals that promote children’s holistic development, free from stereotypes and respectful of the environment. Address the individual needs of each child and their family, adopting necessary measures upon identifying situations of vulnerability or risk.
