At the Nou Socio-Educational Service of Olot, we are looking for a committed, dynamic person with an educational vocation to join our team as a leisure monitor, carrying out tasks of accompaniment, animation, and socio-educational support. What we offer: • Integration into an educational service with social impact • A close-knit, professional, and coordinated team • A positive work environment and technical support • Meaningful and transformative educational work • Possibility of continuity in future projects The selected candidate will become part of the service’s educational team and will carry out the following duties: • Socio-educational accompaniment of children and adolescents • Animation of educational and leisure activities • Coordination with the educational team and group follow-up • Support in study habits, coexistence, and personal development • Promotion of participation, autonomy, and emotional well-being • Identification of educational and social needs • Communication and follow-up with the reference team * Experience: 12 years. Experience working with children and adolescents. Experience in group monitoring and animation. * Competencies / Knowledge: Preference will be given to candidates possessing: • Leisure Monitor qualification • Leisure Director qualification • Specific training in the socio-educational field • Experience working with children and adolescents • Experience in group monitoring and animation • Ability to build educational relationships and foster a positive climate • Communication skills, empathy, and capacity for teamwork The ideal profile: We seek a responsible, creative, approachable individual with socio-educational sensitivity, capable of accompanying personal and group processes from a respectful, motivating, and inclusive perspective. * Indefinite-term employment contract * Part-time (35 hours \- weekly schedule) * Other relevant information: Leisure Collective Agreement. Working hours: 35 hours per week. Start date: Monday, April 27. Remuneration: €1,389.10 gross/month. Schedule: • Mondays and Wednesdays: 3:15 PM to 8:30 PM • Tuesdays and Thursdays: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:15 PM to 8:30 PM • Fridays: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
