Social Integration—Morning and night shifts. We are seeking a Social Integrator for our minors’ center. About Us SUPERACCIÓ is a social entity aiming to improve society/the world, with the purpose of socially including youth at risk of exclusion through education and sport, based on our proven methodology. We uphold strong values and are growing: today we have over 80 professionals and exciting new projects. \- Identify users’ main needs and potentialities at emotional, relational, and academic levels. \- Draft internal documentation regarding youth. \- Ensure compliance with the center’s regulations. \- Organize and coordinate activities for users. \- Work responsibly and collaboratively with center leaders and coordinators. * Experience: 2 years. Experience in the social sector, working with minors or youth in situations of vulnerability. Ability to identify users’ main needs and potentialities at emotional, relational, and academic levels. * Social Integration * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Enthusiastic, eager to build teams, guided by strong ethical values, eager to learn, enjoy, grow, and contribute while pursuing your vocation. \- Strong social and communication skills, proactive, autonomous, and conciliatory. \- Possession of a Criminal Record Certificate (negative). \- Valid driver’s license and/or personal vehicle. * Vehicle availability * Driver’s licenses: A, B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule * Other relevant information: We offer: • Schedule: Morning shift (1 position) or night shift (several positions). • Position Category: Social Integration. • Salary: Social Action Collective Agreement. • Start date: Immediate. • Workplace: Ripollès County Center—car required. • A work environment committed to the foundation’s social mission. • Personal and professional mentoring.
