




Job Summary: Providing educational and supportive care to children, adolescents, and/or young people, facilitating their holistic education and promoting their integration, as well as implementing educational objectives and supporting them in their individual plans. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive educational and supportive care for young people 2. Promotes integration and coexistence within the service 3. Participates in the preparation of reports and protocols Permanent position. Late shifts and rotating weekends (1 every 3\) Responsible for the educational and supportive care of children, adolescents, and/or young people linked to the service within the context of daily coexistence and by utilizing normalizing community resources. Holds professional responsibility for the center’s educational functioning (in accordance with the Educational Project Plan [PEC] and related documentation) and ensures that the process followed for children, adolescents, and/or young people aligns with their individualized care plans (PEI, PAI, or PTI). May serve as tutor, co-tutor, and/or area intervention reference. Regarding children, adolescents, and young people: Facilitate holistic education for the children, adolescents, or young people under care. Promote the integration and coexistence of the child, adolescent, or young person within the center or service. Motivate the young person to actively participate in their individual plan, focusing on values and personal growth, in coordination with the team. Intervene in conflict resolution with an educational purpose. Accompany the young person during those trips requiring their presence. Supervise and educate regarding the planned and normalizing use of the young person’s financial allowance. Implement educational objectives, engaging the young person in the service’s daily life. Regarding the educational team: Plan, implement, and review sociocultural activities for children and adolescents in line with the service’s educational project. Hold regular meetings with the team to establish unified operational criteria. Monitor each young person’s progress. Prepare reports and protocols. Participate in evaluating the individualized project for the child and/or adolescent. Participate in preparing the service’s institutional documentation.
