Position Summary: Support the management team in organization, staff coordination, administrative management, and quality supervision at a socio-healthcare facility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Directive support role in the management and operation of the facility. 2. Staff coordination and monitoring of care plans. 3. Family support and supervision of quality and regulatory compliance. Supporting management in the organization and operation of the facility, coordinating staff and monitoring care plans. Also includes administrative management, family support, and assistance in quality supervision, prevention, and regulatory compliance. A university bachelor's degree or equivalent in social work, psychology, nursing, social education, or related fields is required, along with complementary training in geriatrics, gerontology, dependency care, or residential facility management. Prior experience in residential facilities or socio-healthcare services will be valued. An indefinite-term employment contract is offered, with a part-time schedule of 12 hours per week during morning hours, two or three days per week as agreed with the employer, with potential expansion to full-time. Salary according to the State Framework Collective Agreement for Services for Dependent Persons and Promotion of Personal Autonomy.
