Organization and documentary control of the construction project. **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire a Technical Architect or Graduate in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering to provide support in technical direction activities. As the previous call was unsuccessful, the application deadline has been extended from 19/05/2026 to 25/05/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time). **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Conduct economic review and closure of completed works, verifying final certifications, actual measurements executed, conflicting items, work modifications, and supporting documentation, in order to validate the contractor’s final settlement and identify potential economic deviations. * Collaborate in preparing the project’s technical documentation, particularly in defining measurements and budgets, reviewing items, quantifying work units, and supporting the preparation of technical and economic documentation for tendering and execution. * Assume responsibilities inherent to the Construction Execution Director role, directing physical execution and carrying out qualitative and quantitative control of construction and built quality. Among other tasks, this includes verifying layout surveys, materials, correct execution and placement of structural elements and installations in accordance with the project and instructions from the Project Management Office, as well as recording instructions in the Book of Orders and Attendance, and signing corresponding official documentation. * Organize, control, and archive all technical and administrative documentation related to the construction project, including permits, minutes, certificates, test reports, quality controls, supplier and industrial documentation, certifications, project modifications, Book of Orders, final project documentation, and compilation of documentation required for handover to the developer and file closure. The Spanish Construction Act (LOE) assigns documentary responsibilities to the Construction Execution Director, such as recording instructions in the Book of Orders and signing the layout survey minutes and final work certificate. * Draft supplementary reports on performed actions and/or identified incidents. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing assessment tests and/or attaching necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. Qualification officially recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities. ### **Prior Experience** * At least 1 year of experience in building construction projects, either as Construction Execution Director, technical assistant to the Project Management Office, or Site Manager (verifiable). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Proficiency in office software applications. * Proficiency in Presto. * Proficiency in CAD. * Valid Spanish Class B driving license, currently in force. * Membership in the Official College of Building Surveyors and Technical Architects. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Additional verifiable training in BIM (Building Information Modeling). * Basic occupational safety training in construction (60 hours). * Additional verifiable training in building rehabilitation (at least 60 hours). ### **Prior Experience** * 1 to 5 years of verifiable experience in construction execution direction for building projects, both public and private. * 1 to 5 years of verifiable experience as Site Manager in building projects, both public and private. * 1 to 5 years of verifiable experience in construction execution direction, technical assistance to the Project Management Office, and/or Site Management in public building rehabilitation projects. **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 9 months, if applicable. + Possibility of a trainee contract will be considered based on received applications. Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable for an additional 6 months, if applicable. If a trainee/formative contract is formalized, the candidate’s qualification must be relevant to the duties of the position offered, involving tasks appropriate to their academic program, thereby enabling suitable professional practice aligned with their level of studies. + Full-time working schedule.
