Develop maintenance skills At **Trasteros Plus** and **Amaihomes**, rapidly growing companies in the real estate and space rental sector, we seek to hire **a person for the Maintenance team** with prior experience and eagerness to continue learning and growing with us. \- **Main Responsibilities** The selected candidate will support general maintenance activities across our facilities, including: * Basic electrical work * Minor repairs and adjustments * Painting tasks * Basic plumbing knowledge * Transporting, loading, and unloading materials * General support to the maintenance team in daily tasks \- **Mandatory Requirements** * Prior experience in maintenance and repairs (minimum 1 year). * Practical knowledge of basic electricity, plumbing, painting, and minor repairs. * Valid driver's license (personal vehicle not required). * Responsible, solution-oriented, and proactive individual. * Eagerness to learn and be part of a long-term stable project. \- **Applicants without prior maintenance experience are discouraged from applying.** \- **Desirable Qualifications** * Medium-level vocational training (FP) related to maintenance, electricity, or similar fields. \- **Employment Conditions** * Permanent contract * Full-time position * Working hours: Monday to Friday * On-site work * Salary: €1,270 net per month Position Type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: €1,270.00 per month Application Questions: * Please describe your experience in maintenance tasks.
