Job Summary: REFISA is seeking an automotive or industrial painter to paint fairings, parts, and body components for the railway sector, ensuring finish quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Painting of fairings and components for the railway sector 2. Paint preparation and spray gun application 3. Inspection of finishes to ensure quality REFISA, a leading company in manufacturing components for the railway sector, is selecting an AUTOMOTIVE or INDUSTRIAL PAINTER (not building painting). The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for painting fairings, parts, and body components for the railway sector, preparing paint and applying it via spray gun onto various parts. They will inspect the finish to ensure it meets the required quality standards. * Experience: 1 year. At least one year of experience as an automotive or industrial painter (not building painting) is required. * COMPLETED PRIMARY EDUCATION * Spanish (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / Knowledge: Part preparation. Preparation of paint mixtures. Spray gun paint application. * Permanent employment contract * Intensive work schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1500' to '2000' * Additional relevant information: Morning intensive shift, with afternoon rotation once per month
