Vic, Osona Flexible schedule from Monday to Friday Indefinite contract 10/07/2026 Job Description As the Technical Assistance Service (TAS) Coordinator for Catalonia, you will join the Spanish subsidiary team and assume the following main functions and responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate technical teams for commercial and industrial work. * Serve as the primary contact point and reference for Official Technical Services in the Catalonia region. * Manage and coordinate the administrative team, ensuring process efficiency and achievement of objectives. * Attend to and support customers, handling service requests and communicating intervention statuses. * Record work reports, intervention times, spare parts used, and outcomes of performed actions. * Monitor spare parts and consumables inventory, managing internal procurement orders. * Coordinate and maintain smooth communication with sales, operations, and logistics teams. * Drive continuous improvement by identifying and optimizing processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with quality standards. * Organize and coordinate technical team travel and business trips, especially for the Industrial area. Requirements * Qualification: University Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Telecommunications Engineering / Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in ASIR, DAM, DAW, Electronics, Telecommunications, Automation, Industrial Robotics, or Industrial Maintenance * Requirements: We seek a professional with technical training, preferably holding a University Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Telecommunications Engineering. Alternatively, a Higher Vocational Training qualification in specialties such as ASIR, DAM, DAW, Electronics and Telecommunications, Automation and Industrial Robotics, or Industrial Maintenance—complemented by experience in technical, industrial, or service environments—will be valued. Experience coordinating teams and in technical assistance or machinery maintenance is required. A minimum of 5 years’ experience performing the described duties is mandatory. * Other requirements: We seek a proactive, solution-oriented, results-driven individual capable of leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Outstanding communication skills, customer orientation, and the ability to build effective relationships both with technical teams and business departments will be highly valued.
