Continuously monitor lines to respond promptly and effectively to any incidents. * During scheduled shutdowns: Perform maintenance according to the defined work order within the established time limit, ensuring satisfactory line restart. * Proactively propose machine improvements to optimize and facilitate production processes. * Record completed tasks and time spent in SAP to maintain a historical record of interventions performed on machines. * Ensure communication with other mechanics and with other involved departments. **Corrective Maintenance** * During production, in case of breakdown or malfunction, conduct a detailed diagnosis of the issue. * Estimate and communicate the required resolution time to the Coordinator, and provide feedback upon completion. * Collaborate with the “Cap de Grup” to resolve the issue and ensure the line resumes correct operation after intervention. **Preventive Maintenance** * Prior to initiating Preventive Maintenance, inspect the line to assess possible deviations from the planned intervention, prepare required spare parts and tools, and, if working in a critical area, follow the defined food hygiene and safety protocol. * Carry out Preventive Maintenance strictly following the work order and all indicated steps. Report any deviations to the planner. **Continuous Improvement** * Ensure vertical and horizontal communication within the team, especially regarding any issues observed on the lines. * Participate in operator training for basic maintenance activities (cleaning, visual inspection, simple lubrication) and format changes. * Propose workplace improvements to the Coordinator related to safety, quality, production, or maintenance. * Actively participate in Continuous Improvement meetings and shift handovers. **Others** * It is essential to keep the workshop and spare parts warehouse clean and organized. * Although most of your activity takes place on the Bottling lines, you will support any other department as required. * Strive to acquire necessary training through courses provided by the company.
