Stable contract directly with the end client within a reference multinational project. Highly competitive salary package: €35.000 – €42.000 gross/year. Family-friendly schedule: Monday to Friday with flexible start time. Immediate incorporation. Requirements * Qualification: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (FP II) / Higher Degree in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent (equivalent experience accepted). * Preferred: Prior experience as Field Technician, Electromechanic, or SAT Coordinator seeking to progress into management or office-based roles. Disability certificate (all applications will be evaluated equally). * Requirements: Organizational ability, methodical approach, and rigor in process management. Excellent customer orientation and agility in resolving incidents. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. * Essential: Technical planning and assignment: Generate service requests, prepare work packages, and schedule the daily/weekly agenda for the Field Technician team (preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and urgent breakdowns). Management of external resources: Organization of teams, rental of auxiliary machinery (e.g., aerial work platforms), and coordination of subcontracted services. Financial control: Review of costs (labor, allowances, materials) and management of purchase orders (PO), ensuring margin and profitability for each service. Customer service: Direct and fluent communication with industrial clients to respond promptly to their needs. * Additional requirements: Prior experience in technical coordination, planning, or administrative management within industrial environments or the SAT sector. Technical sensitivity and understanding (to grasp the nature of breakdowns, assess realistic intervention times, and efficiently organize field teams). Advanced proficiency in office software (especially Excel) and experience working with ERP/CRM systems. Residence in Osona or nearby areas, and availability for on-site work in Vic. Other requirements Personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace.
