




We are a **travel agency** specializing in the school sector, with extensive experience in organizing and coordinating end-of-year trips, cultural trips, and educational programs. We are seeking to incorporate into our team an organized, solution-oriented person with a global vision to **coordinate all our trips** from the office. **Main responsibilities:** * General coordination of school trips from the office. * Monitoring and management of suppliers: **coaches, hotels, activities, and other services**. * Continuous communication with the on-site **trip coordinators**, providing information, documentation, and operational protocols. * Control and **payment of supplier invoices**. * Resolution of incidents before and during trips, in coordination with the team. * Support in the planning and logistical organization of groups. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in **coordinating trips, events, or groups** (particularly valuable in the school or tourism sector). * High capacity for **organization and planning**. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Proficient use of office tools (email, Excel, document management). * Ability to handle multiple trips/projects simultaneously. **Preferred qualifications:** * **C1 level English**. * Education or experience in tourism, administration, or event management. * **Leisure and Free Time Monitor Training Course**. **We offer:** * Integration into a specialized and growing company. * Stable office-based work, with a **key role in trip operations**. * A positive working environment and a close-knit team. * Competitive compensation based on merit and experience. **Position details:** * Full-time position. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00. * **On-site work** in the **southern area of Madrid**.
