




Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile and organized individual to handle customer service, sales management, inventory control, and administrative support in a retail setting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct customer interaction and purchase advice. 2. Sales management, cash register operations, and POS system handling. 3. Maintaining store order, restocking products, and warehouse organization. We are looking for a person to provide customer service at a retail store in Ripoll. Main responsibilities include direct interaction with customers, offering advice to assist them with their purchases. Additionally, the role involves managing sales, processing payments at the cash register and via the POS system. Maintaining store cleanliness and order is essential, as is restocking products on the shop floor. The candidate will also be required to organize the warehouse, conduct inventory control, and provide basic administrative support, such as managing delivery notes and issuing invoices. Collaboration in window display preparation and arrangement is also expected. The working schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week, with legally mandated breaks. * Prior experience performing tasks identical or similar to those described. * We seek a versatile, friendly, and organized individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is an advantage. Proficiency in both Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO) or equivalent.
