




**Functions / Tasks / Responsibilities** Assessment of new admissions and their ability to perform daily living activities. Planning, validation, and implementation of occupational therapy treatment programs for training and re-education in basic and instrumental activities of daily living, physical activities, cognitive stimulation, psychosocial activities, and community intervention activities. Development of individualized occupational therapy treatment programs for new residents, including personalized goal setting. Implementation of occupational therapy treatment programs for training and re-education in activities of daily living. Evaluation and analysis of rehabilitation treatment progress, adjusting program interventions and goals according to each resident's progress. Supervision and intervention in patients' ADLs, supporting assistants to ensure tasks are performed correctly. Advising families on the most suitable orthopedic support devices and orthotic-prosthetic aids for each case. Encouraging residents to participate in recreational and leisure activities offered at the facility and promoting meaningful ways to spend their free time. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy * Experience with elderly individuals preferred Job type: Full-time
