Proactive and solution-oriented role in general maintenance **Maintenance Technician – Can Torras Intermediate Care Health Center (Alella)** **Location:** Alella (Barcelona) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–15:00 **Contract Type:** Selection process contract (3 months) with possibility of extension. **Reason for vacancy:** Structural vacancy coverage. **Position: 1** **Job Description:** At the Sant Francesc d'Assís Foundation, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the Can Torras Intermediate Care Health Center located in Alella. **Activity Description:** You will join the Foundation’s maintenance team, actively participating in the general maintenance of our three centers. Your main responsibilities will include: * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Responding to electrical incidents, medical equipment, and assistive furniture issues. * Inspecting and maintaining various installations (HVAC, plumbing, etc.). * Supervising and accompanying external suppliers. * Assisting in recording interventions and completed tasks. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in general, preventive, and corrective maintenance is highly valued. * Training in electricity, HVAC, or related fields is desirable. * Proactive, solution-oriented, organized individual with sensitivity toward the socio-healthcare environment. **Offered:** * 3-month selection process contract. * Morning shift schedule (08:00–15:00\), Monday to Friday. * Positive work environment in an organization committed to patient care and person-centered attention. **Desirable:** ·Catalan language proficiency. ·Personal vehicle.
