And other locations where we manage collective catering services. Menu preparation and production. Kitchen organization and daily production management. Food regeneration and preservation. Quality control and compliance with the HACCP system. Maintenance of kitchen order and cleanliness. Supervision of food preparation and plating processes. Kitchen Assistant - Support in menu preparation. - Preparation of raw materials and mise en place. - Plating and service. - Cleaning of utensils and work areas. - General support to the kitchen team. - Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Prior experience in kitchens, collective catering, hotels, residential facilities, hospitals, or canteens. Basic knowledge of HACCP and food safety. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Organized, responsible, and committed individual. Availability for immediate or short-term incorporation.
