Prior experience in customer service, reception, administration, reservation management, or similar roles is preferred. Previous work experience at a campsite is not mandatory, but candidates must demonstrate ease in interacting with the public, clear communication skills, and ability to use basic computer tools. Experience in tourism establishments, hotels, campsites, retail, hospitality, or service companies is valued. * COMPULSORY SECONDARY EDUCATION DIPLOMA * Competencies / Knowledge: Clear and friendly communication. Customer orientation. Organizational and planning skills. Responsibility and punctuality. Ability to work in a team. Incident resolution capability. Adaptability and capacity to manage periods of high workload.
