We are opening a selection process to hire permanent staff for the Youth Program, aimed at children aged 12 to 18 in the municipality of Manlleu, at the Manlleu Community Civic Center \- Frederica Montseny. a. Facilitate the youth group (ages 12–18) at the socioeducational space, providing autonomous group accompaniment without support from an educational team. b. Manage conflicts among peer groups and/or related incidents. c. Collaborate with networks to promote the Youth Program. d. Design and plan activities within the socioeducational space. e. Coordinate with other community agents as needed * Minimum 1 year of experience. Experience in intervention and facilitation of adolescent groups at risk of social exclusion will be valued, including autonomous group accompaniment without support from an educational team. * UPPER SECONDARY VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: A. Experience managing conflicts among youth using restorative methodology. b. Experience intervening with vulnerable youth. c. Knowledge of migration processes and experience accompanying newly arrived youth. d. Knowledge of coeducation and gender perspective. e. Ability to conduct socioeducational interventions autonomously, assuming leadership and facilitation of a youth group without direct support from an educational team. * Permanent employment contract * Part-time afternoon schedule (20 hours \- weekly) * Additional relevant information: A. COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT: Leisure sector, sociocultural animator category. b. CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent. c. SCHEDULE/HOURS: 20-hour weekly schedule, afternoon shifts from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. d.
