DESCRIPTION A new opportunity to join the **Sibuya** team! We are looking for a **Second Kitchen Manager** for our **Sibuya Urban Sushi Bar** restaurant in Lugo. Does this position suit you? Here’s more information: Your daily responsibilities will include: Performing **kitchen** tasks during service. Scheduling and managing the kitchen team’s **work shifts**, in the absence of the Head Chef. Implementing **action plans** and kitchen improvement initiatives, adhering to brand standards. Reporting any incidents occurring during service. Leading the **team**, motivating and training them to deliver their best performance. Complying with **HACCP** and food safety regulations. Managing **stock**, controlling **waste**, and conducting **inventory checks**. Managing **screens** to optimize preparation times. Ensuring adherence to the **cleaning schedule**. What do we offer? Start date: Immediate Permanent contract. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week on split shifts (lunch and dinner services). On-the-job training within the contract at other **Sibuya** restaurants, with all expenses covered by the company. Two days off per week. Salary: €18,000 gross per year \+ monthly allowances (night shifts, supplementary payments, etc.) Additional variable compensation based on goal achievement.
