The Youth Space Coordinator at the Amer Youth Space will be responsible for accompanying and supporting young people in the municipality, promoting a safe, participatory, and educational meeting space. They will develop leisure, cultural, and community activities tailored to young people’s interests, encouraging participation, coexistence, and connection with the municipality. Plan, organize, and coordinate activities, workshops, and initiatives targeted at young people. Provide assistance, information, and guidance to Youth Space users. Foster youth participation and gather their needs, interests, and proposals. Ensure the proper functioning of the space, positive coexistence, and compliance with established rules. Coordinate with the Municipal Council, educational centers, and local organizations. * Minimum 2 years’ experience managing youth information and activation services in Youth Spaces across Catalonia * Higher Vocational Training (FP) qualification * Competencies / knowledge areas: Socio-cultural animation, Early childhood education, Social integration, Communication mediation, or Gender equality promotion * Indefinite-term employment contract * Part-time position (4 hours per week) * Additional relevant information: Working hours on Fridays from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
