Contract Type Permanent Contract Duration Indefinite Description For an important company in the plastic sector, with international projection and a solid market presence, we are seeking a production supervisor. Main responsibilities include, among others: - Establish and monitor compliance with safety, cost, quality, production, planning and other KPIs. - Lead coordinator teams as well as their subordinate personnel. - Create and review work objectives and standards, as well as supervise proper task execution. - Lead training, development, promotion and talent retention plans, as well as continuous improvement initiatives. - Support and validate incident management handled by coordinators. - Manage purchases and resource needs within their section.
