




Job Summary: We are seeking a baker/pastry chef to prepare daily pastries, doughs, and traditional confectionery while maintaining order and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of pastries, doughs, and traditional confectionery. 2. Monitoring fermentation processes and baking times. 3. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workshop. In Oviedo (Asturias), we are looking for a person to produce daily pastries, doughs, and traditional confectionery. Duties include preparing, kneading, and baking, as well as monitoring fermentation and baking times. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness in the workshop. Prior experience in a similar role and knowledge of doughs, pastries, and traditional confectionery are required. Working hours are full-time, from 4:00 to 11:00, with a temporary contract that may become permanent. Salary complies with the Collective Agreement for Confectionery Workshops of the Principality of Asturias.
