We believe these in-person moments are key to growing innovative projects and strengthening collaboration. **DO YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT YOUR MISSION WILL BE?** ----------------------------------------- As a Salesforce Technician, you will be responsible for designing, **implementing**, and **optimizing** processes that transform data into personalized actions, ensuring our campaigns are efficient, innovative, and customer-focused. You will work autonomously on each project, but with strong interaction with colleagues, departments, and technology partners. * You will create advanced segmentations and personalized communications using **SQL, AMPscript and Flows within Salesforce,** guaranteeing maximum relevance for the customer. * You will design and implement intelligent automations to optimize marketing processes and improve operational efficiency. * You will supervise the architecture of the Salesforce ecosystem (**Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Loyalty**), ensuring consistency and scalability. * You will manage integrations with other systems via APIs, validating data quality and correct synchronization. * You will monitor and resolve technical incidents, proposing innovative solutions that add business value. * You will design **dashboards** and reports to monitor **KPIs** and provide visibility into the impact of actions. * You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure execution aligned with strategic objectives.
