Job Summary: We are seeking a Receptionist for a leading clinic in hair health, responsible for providing close and professional patient care, appointment management, and administrative support. At **MCapilar**, a leading clinic in hair health and treatments, we are looking for a **Receptionist** to join our team at the Oviedo center. The selected candidate will be the clinic’s first point of contact, responsible for delivering close, professional, and patient-oriented service. **Main Responsibilities** * Greet and attend to patients in person and by phone. * Manage appointments, medical schedules, and consultation coordination. * Provide information on clinic services, treatments, and procedures. * Register and update data in the management system. * Collect payments for services and manage cash handling. * Handle emails, documentation, and filing. * Provide general administrative support to the medical and commercial teams. **Requirements** * Prior experience in reception, customer service, or similar roles (experience in clinics, medical centers, or aesthetic centers is desirable). * Excellent communication skills, friendly demeanor, and patient orientation. * Proficiency with computer tools and management software. * Strong organizational ability, proactivity, and professional appearance. * Training in administration, aesthetics, healthcare, or related fields is desirable. **We Offer** * Permanent contract * Part-time position * Opportunity to join a growing clinic with a professional and friendly atmosphere. * Initial training in procedures, hair treatments, and patient care.
