Key responsibilities include: * Project oversight * Management of work teams and assignment of teams to projects * Preparation and analysis of internal management information, aiming to ensure accuracy and consistency of data * Collaboration with operational departments to improve efficiency and profitability * Implementation of new processes and tools * Financial monitoring of projects and productivity of work teams * Internal audit of results and processes * Preparation of reports and activity summaries for the area of operation, as well as generation of KPIs and dashboards **Requirements:** --------------- The following will be valued: * University degree * Prior experience * Work autonomy, results orientation, and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills * Proficiency in computer and management applications * Knowledge of any of the sectors indicated.
