Production Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a machine operator/technician to carry out production operations, lead format changeovers, and contribute to continuous improvement at a medical devices plant undergoing transformation. Be part of a collaborative team within a leading cosmetics company **Your Responsibilities** ----------------- * Perform production operations according to established sequences and quality standards. * Carry out roll changes, splices, material replenishment, and equipment adjustments. * Lead and assist in format changeovers following defined SOPs. * Transport goods and maintain a clean and orderly workplace. * Complete production documentation and perform sample controls and inspections. * Identify and report incidents, implement contingency measures, and participate in continuous process improvement. * Comply with safety regulations, use equipment and PPE correctly, and contribute to sustainability and waste management. **Your Profile** ------------- * Technical vocational qualification (medium-level). * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a machine operator or technician in consumer goods manufacturing companies. * Knowledge of GMPs and regulations governing medical device manufacturing. * Ability to work effectively in a team and strong interpersonal skills. * Forklift operation skills (valid forklift license is desirable). * Proficiency in using computer tools and production control systems.
