As a **Product Development Trainee**, you will support global innovation initiatives by contributing to the organization, migration, and management of technical and regulatory product documentation, as well as the development of global training materials for key brands. This role combines a strong scientific and technical foundation with a growing focus on digital tools, learning platforms, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will work closely with Innovation, Regulatory, Quality, and Talent Development teams, helping to improve both product data structure and the global training experience across affiliates. **Key Responsibilities:** In this role, you will be expected to: * Support the creation and maintenance of technical and regulatory databases to facilitate the migration of documentation, contributing to improved data structure and accessibility. * Collaborate closely with Innovation and Regulatory teams to ensure accurate, organized, and up‑to‑date technical information. * Feed and maintain Uriversity, our global learning platform, by uploading training materials related to global brands (such as Fisiocrem, Aquilea, etc.), including product launch content and scientific documentation. * Translate training and product materials into English using digital tools and ensure content is accessible and consistent across all affiliates. * Contribute to the upgrade of the global training experience by participating in the creation of more engaging learning formats (e.g. scripted content, visual materials, video recordings of technical experts explaining products). * Edit and manage training videos and digital learning assets using appropriate digital tools and AI‑based solutions. * Collaborate cross‑functionally with Innovation, Quality, and Talent Development teams on ongoing projects related to product knowledge and training.
