Ecolab is seeking a **Principal Chemist** to develop and advance technical platforms satisfying both business and customer needs. In this role you will be responsible for performing and leading research, development and problem solving projects to enable new product and platform development. You will work closely with anchor and divisional RDE teams to design execute and communicate results.
