The selected candidate will have the primary responsibility of ensuring smooth production processes and maintaining product quality. Responsibilities: Organization, planning, and management of the section's production. Management and coordination of a team of workers in the electrical wiring assembly section. Maintenance and adjustment of machines to ensure proper operation. Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Identification and resolution of technical issues. Training and supervision of the team in daily operations. Providing attention and support to service staff. Coordination with the section's professional team. Collaboration with other departments to improve production process efficiency.
