Join us! **What shapes your day** ------------------------------ * Be the Store Manager’s right-hand person: Contribute to monitoring store KPIs together with the Store Manager and Regional Manager * You have a merchant mindset, understand seasonality and customer expectations to grow sales and customer satisfaction in line with the Action concept: drive store appeal, place orders, receive goods, manage stock, implement new product launches, etc. * Participate in store operations with the objective of maintaining a full, clean, well-organized and commercially vibrant store: monitor activity progress, implement staff schedules, shelf products, relay decisions made by the Store Manager and Regional Manager, etc. * Work in a challenging environment: Handle unforeseen situations, intervene quickly and effectively while adopting a calm, solution-oriented approach * Co-manage teams: Facilitate communication within teams, support recruitment of store staff, onboarding of new colleagues and team upskilling **Your essential strengths:** -------------------------- * You hold a post-secondary qualification (Bac+2 level) or have at least two years’ successful experience in team management and retail. * Grounded and hands-on, you demonstrate discipline, rigor and responsibility * You possess leadership qualities — able to unite and support your team with empathy, adapting to every situation * You identify with our values: customer orientation, respect, teamwork, discipline, simplicity and cost awareness * You are available during our operating hours (5/6 a.m. to 9/10 p.m., Monday to Saturday; morning or afternoon shifts, occasionally Sundays).
